The Nun (Jane, who was never actually a nun) worked in New York City restaurants as a pastry chef for over a decade before launching her ice cream passion project from her Harlem apartment on Convent Avenue, in a former nun’s dormitory turned residence. Now the Nun is out of the convent and having the time of her life scooping ice cream on the streets!
